Otrivin Menthol 0.1% Nasal Spray is an effective decongestant containing xylometazoline, which constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion, with added menthol providing a refreshing and cooling sensation. Its effect begins within 2–5 minutes and lasts up to 12 hours. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old. Use one spray in each nostril, up to three times daily, for no more than 7 consecutive days. Store at room temperature out of reach of children.
