If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the remaining balance will be retained and may be used in future transactions. Where an eGift Card was used for the original purchase and a refund is approved, MUSE may issue a new eGift Card, marked as a “return card”, for the value of the returned item. This return card will carry the same usage rules and expiry date as the original MUSE eGift Card, unless stated otherwise. The return card will be sent to the registered email address. MUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Additionally, MUSE may suspend or restrict the use of eGift Cards, or make changes to the eGift Card program, including its features and availability. MUSE also reserves the right to refuse issuance or redemption of an eGift Card if there is a justified reason to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, use of expired or invalid eGift Cards, technical or operational errors, regulatory or legal restrictions, or misuse of promotions or loyalty programs.
