Otrivin Menthol 0.1% Nasal Spray is an effective decongestant containing xylometazoline, which constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion, with added menthol providing a refreshing and cooling sensation. Its effect begins within 2–5 minutes and lasts up to 12 hours. Suitable for adults and children over 12 years old.
