HOW CAN IT HELP? Panadol Night Caplet are film coated tablets that contain Paracetamol, which is analgesic and antipyretic. Diphenhydramine Hydrochlorid which is a sedative antihistamine with antimuscarinic and sedative properties. Panadol Night is used for temporary relief of pain such as: Rheumatic and muscular pain, Arthritis, Backache, Toothache, Migraine, headache, Period pain. It also temporarily relieves fever and aches and pains associated with colds and flu which is causing difficulty getting to sleep. How to use : Adult and children over 12 years: Take 2 caplets about 20 minutes before going to bed. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 10 consecutive nights without consulting a doctor. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
