The Banco Gotiti Cooperative was established in 2012, representing a community collaboration. Here, around 300 family farms collaborate to cultivate heirloom Ethiopian coffee varieties. These small farmers meticulously hand-pick the ripe cherries, ensuring that only the best beans reach your cup. Banco Gotiti uses the dry processing method. The coffee cherries are placed on raised beds to dry under the Ethiopian sun. This meticulous process takes up to 20 days, allowing the beans to absorb the fruit's flavor, resulting in a complex and richly flavored cup. This crop is famous for producing a refreshing and bright cup of coffee. The dry processing method highlights a delicious sweetness and a perfect balance with a pure and clean acidity.
