Buena Vista Roasting House 227g
A new crop from Guatemala that can make you a cup of coffee to start your morning and day just the way you want! The farmer: Don Bernardo Solano. Region: El Zapote, Chimaltenango, Guatemala. We take pride in our visit to the farm in 2019, and we were truly impressed by the efforts of Don Bernardo and the Solano family due to their dedication to ensuring high-quality coffee cultivation. The history of the farm dates back approximately 150 years, with Don Miguel Solano. The farm was planted with various crops such as corn, beans, and coffee for the personal use of the Solano family. Don Miguel was teaching his son Roman how to grow coffee until Roman grew up, took over the management of the farm after Miguel's death, and began transforming it into a fully coffee plantation. - Brand: The Roasting House - Weight: 227g - Source: Guatemala - Breed: Bourbon - Caturra - Elevation: 1600-1900 m - Treatment: Washed - Notes: Fig - Flowers - Chocolate - Apple acidity - Preparation: Filter - Espresso
