Otrivin Adult Nasal Drops 0.1% is an effective decongestant containing xylometazoline, which constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion caused by colds or sinusitis. Its effect begins within 2–5 minutes and lasts up to 12 hours. The formulation includes hypromellose and sorbitol to soothe and moisturize the nasal mucosa, reducing dryness and irritation. Recommended for adults and adolescents over 12 years old, with 1–2 drops in each nostril, up to three times daily. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
