Produced by over 200 local farmers working with passion and expertise, the coffee is carefully washed and brewed for 20 to 25 hours, then dried in domed sun dryers under controlled temperatures to ensure balanced drying and optimal flavor. The soil is nourished by ash from active volcanoes, giving the grains natural minerals and a concentrated flavor. It is also grown under nitrogen-fixing trees, which maintains soil health and enhances crop quality.
