Abradira, this exquisite harvest comes to you from the land of Colombia, specifically from the Quindío region, Armenia, at an altitude ranging between 1700-1200 meters above sea level, where Carlos Arcila's farm, named Castillon, is located. The farm spans 7 hectares at an altitude of 1450 meters above sea level. Carlos Arcila comes from a Colombian family that specializes in coffee cultivation. With his expertise and knowledge, he was able to prepare the soil, revive the natural springs, and develop the farm when he purchased it 32 years ago. He also planted beautiful, colorful flowering shrubs like Heliconia and Romelia, as well as several native trees. Now, the Castillon farm, surrounded by trees, looks truly amazing. Carlos is known for implementing strict agricultural practices, which have contributed to producing high-quality coffee crops. The crop was treated using the anaerobic honey method; the coffee beans are fermented for up to 72 hours while preserving the mucilage surrounding the coffee beans, then spread on raised beds. - Brand: Soil - Weight: 250g - Source: Colombia - Breed: Castello - Elevation: 1200-1700 m - Treatment: Anaerobic honey - Notes: Tropical fruits - Peach - Sweetness - Preparation: Filter - Distillation
