Toba | Toba This unique crop comes to you from the far north of Sumatra, where Aceh province is located, with its high mountainous elevations and relatively cool climate, making it an ideal place for growing Arabica coffee beans. This crop has been processed using the wet-hulling technique, where the pulp of ripe cherries is removed and then subjected to several days of fermentation to improve the stability of the process, with the careful addition of lychee fruit extract. After the beans are partially dried, the semi-dry husks are removed (wet-hulling), and the drying process is resumed until the desired moisture level is reached. Processing: Wet-hulling fermentation Altitude: 1,400 m above sea level Variety: Typica Notes: Lychee, sweetness, tropical fruits.
