



This premium coffee comes from Quindío, Armenia, Colombia, at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level. It's located on the Buenos Aires farm owned by Hernando, a member of a long-established Colombian coffee-growing family with years of experience. This coffee was processed using the anaerobic honey method, undergoing a 72-hour fermentation process while preserving the film surrounding the beans. It was then spread out on raised beds. This roast is suitable for all espresso and filter coffees.
